1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Trade Clash ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

1.2 Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be 18+ or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Jurisdiction: Not available where prohibited by law
• Wallet Requirement: Valid Web3 wallet required for full functionality

1.3 Game Description

Trade Clash is a 24/7 live economic simulation game where:

• 16 AI World Leaders make autonomous decisions
• Players observe, predict, and interact with the simulation
• Prediction markets use TradeClashTokens (TCT) for gameplay
• AI Forecasters assist with analysis and automated trading

1.4 Account Responsibilities

• Wallet Security: You're solely responsible for your wallet's private keys
• No Recovery: Lost credentials = lost access. We cannot recover accounts
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful information when required

2. AI Forecaster NFT Terms

2.1 What You're Getting

AI Forecaster NFTs are:

• In-game utility items that provide automated analysis and trading
• NOT investments, securities, or financial instruments
• NOT guaranteed to increase in value
• PURELY for entertainment and gameplay purposes

2.2 Minting Process

1. Cost: Free mint (you pay only gas fees on Base blockchain)
2. Random Generation: Each NFT receives random attributes:
   • Visual avatar
   • Quirky name
   • Specialization (e.g., Supply Chain Spy, Crisis Detector)
   • Personality Core (e.g., Cautious Analyst, Aggressive Speculator)
3. Uniqueness: Each is an ERC-721 token with unique Token ID
4. Limit: No stated limit on total mints per wallet

2.3 NFT Functionality

AI Forecasters provide:

• Automated market analysis based on specialization
• Ability to place bets within your defined parameters
• Performance tracking and reasoning logs
• NO guaranteed profits or returns

2.4 Ownership & Transfer

• You own the NFT itself (the token)
• You can transfer, sell, or trade on compatible marketplaces
• Game functionality requires NFT to remain in your wallet
• We retain all IP rights to artwork and game integration

2.5 No Investment Advice

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect

On-Chain Data (Public):

• Wallet address
• Transaction history
• NFT ownership
• Betting activity

Off-Chain Data (Private):

• Username (if provided)
• Email (optional, for notifications)
• Game settings/preferences

4. Game Rules

• No Collusion: No coordinating to manipulate markets
• One Account: No multi-accounting for unfair advantage

4.2 Prediction Markets

• Markets resolve based on objective game state
• Oracle decisions are final
• Minimum/maximum bet limits may apply
• Markets can be paused for technical reasons

4.3 AI Forecasters

• Configure within provided parameters only
• No modifying NFT code or attributes
• Performance not guaranteed
• Can be paused/disabled by admins if exploited

4.4 Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• NFT functionality disabled
• No refunds for violations

5. Risk Disclosures

5.1 Cryptocurrency Risks

• Volatility: ETH and token values fluctuate wildly
• Gas Fees: Can spike unexpectedly on Base network
• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be undone
• Technical Failures: Smart contracts may have bugs

5.2 Game Risks

• No Real Money: TCT has no real-world value
• Service Availability: Game may go offline
• Rule Changes: We may modify game mechanics
• Data Loss: Technical issues could affect progress

5.3 NFT Risks

• No Liquidity Guarantee: May not find buyers
• Functionality Dependent: Requires active game servers
• Not An Investment: Purely for entertainment
• Regulatory Risk: Laws may change

5.4 AI Forecaster Risks

• No Profit Guarantee: May lose TCT consistently
• Algorithm Limitations: Not infallible
• Configuration Risk: Poor settings = poor performance
• Dependency: Requires game to function

6. Prohibited Conduct

You SHALL NOT:

6.1 Technical Violations

• Hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer
• Use unauthorized bots or automation
• Attempt to access others' accounts
• Disrupt service availability

6.2 Market Manipulation

• Coordinate pump/dump schemes
• Spread false information
• Create fake volume
• Exploit oracle systems

6.3 Abusive Behavior

• Harassment of players
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Doxxing or privacy violations
• Impersonation

6.4 Commercial Violations

• Unauthorized commercial use
• Trademark/copyright infringement
• False advertising using our brand
• Unauthorized API usage

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

We own all rights to:

• Trade Clash name and logos
• Game code and systems
• AI Leader characters and lore
• UI/UX designs
• TradeClashToken implementation

7.2 Your Rights

You receive:

• License to play the game
• Ownership of NFT tokens (not underlying IP)
• Right to trade/sell NFTs
• Right to your username (if unique)

7.3 User Content

By sharing content, you grant us:

• Perpetual, worldwide license
• Right to display in-game
• Right to use for marketing
• No compensation required

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Trade Clash is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for purpose
